Export Warranty The range of ATVs we sell are very reliable, however, should a
problem arise, we will do all we can to help on any warranty issues,
but realistically when the bike leaves the UK our responsibility ends,
other dealers may offer you all sorts of promises but we are honest and
realistic from the outset, bare in mind that TQC has been trading since
1987 and has been involved with many exports all over the World and has
many happy and returning customers.
We can help with diagnosis
and suggest replacement parts that may be necessary. We can talk to
your mechanic directly, if required.
TQC has a good relationship with their importers and can normally get parts very quickly.
All
parts have to be paid for before dispatch and all postage charges are
met by the customer. Normally all parts have to be returned before a
credit can be issued.
Many manufacturers will have a European-wide warranty and you may be able to have any mechanical problem sorted out locally, however brands that are made in China like Quadzilla or Apache will not have a European network and any repairs carried out by ourselves will be chargeable.
